Saint Clare School Enrollment
New
students are admitted to Saint Clare School on a space available basis.
Priority is given to siblings of students currently attending and
to new students who are parishioners.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION
In order to be admitted to the school program the following must be
true:

students
entering the 3 year old program must be 3 on or before August 31

students
entering the 4 Year old program must be 4 on or before August
31

students
entering the Kindergarten program must be 5 Years old on or before
August 31

students
entering the first grade must be 6 years old on or before August 31 and must have met the state requirements on Kindergarten
attendance.
At the time of registration, parents must present the following:

Child’s
birth certificate

Child’s
Baptismal certificate
-
Record
of Immunizations
-
Social
security number
-
Last
report card (for students entering in grade 2-8*)

Required
fees
*Students entering in eighth grade are required to complete an
interview with the principal.
All new students are required to have a physical before beginning
school.
NEW
STUDENT PROBATION
As stated in our handbook, any new student who fails to comply
with the school’s philosophy, code of behavior, or academic
expectations, may be dismissed.
