Archdiocesan policy does not allow them to “hang out” on the property. They must be picked up at dismissal or be registered in daycare. If you are going to be late please let the office know. There have been too many students, lately, “whose ride isn’t here yet” at 4pm.

Drop Off & Pick Up Policy
Drop Off Procedure
All K-8 Students are to be dropped off as follows:
1). Drive around the building 2). Follow the Safety's directions a). Pull up to the Safety b). Children get out of the right side of the car and cross in front c). Children enter the building by cafeteria steps and proceed to grade lines (Parents drive away at the direction of the safety) 3). Children may no be dropped off until 7:30am 4). Parents should not accompany their child into the building 5). No child can be on the second floor before 7:45am when lines have been called up 6). Students arriving between 7:45-8:00am use the lower cafeteria door 7). Students arriving after 8:00am are late. They must enter from the main school door and proceed to the school office for a late pass before entering the classroom. Parents may not accompany the child to the homeroom. 8). Middle school students must check in with the teacher before going to the locker in the morning, or risk being marked late.
Pick Up Procedure
Children are dismissed at 2:45pm as one of the following:
If your child is a walker, that means they walk all the way home - not to a car parked somewhere else. No child can be picked up on the office side of the school in a car. If you show your child that it is okay to break some rules, how can you expect them to follow other rules?
Children must be picked up by the 3:00pm unless they are staying after for tutoring, detention or at the teacher's request. The children cannot stay after to play. The Archdiocesan Insurance requires that students leave the property after school. No supervision of students is available after 3:00pm unless students are registered in the after school daycare.
